Shipping and Returns


Local clients are welcome to drop off and pick up gear in person. Contact us to schedule a meeting. 

We can ship to most countries. If there is not a shipping option at checkout for your country, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

We complete customs forms accurately and honestly for your protection and ours. We thank you in advance for understanding.

Because of varying size and insurance restrictions, large pedalboards and full setup services are not available in some countries. But we gladly offer what we can, and partial setup services, such as power supply mounting and custom patchbays are usually doable.

Minimum shipping and handling in the US is $40 for small boards and can be $150 or more for a large fully setup board, including insurance to cover pedal value. 

Shipping out of Nashville, TN, we are somewhat centrally located. Rates increase in regions west of Colorado and up in the Northeast. 

We invoice shipping separately, after the rig is completed and weighed, to give you the most accurate and lowest price possible. 

UPS and FedEx require 2" of packing peanuts between items and the box walls for impact protection. Bubble wrap between pedals protects them from scratching against one another.

We can recycle bubble wrap if you tape it minimally, or not at all.

Do not ship pedals in original packaging that you want returned. Returning empty boxes requires the unnecessary added cost of a second shipping box. If you don't want the original boxes, however, you may use them as a safe way to package the pedals. We are happy to recycle them.

Always add insurance to cover full replacement cost in case of damage or loss.

Scale mock-ups allow us to build the custom pedalboard and case before needing your pedals on hand for setup.  

Setup and testing typically take 3-6 business days depending on rig size and complexity. (Plus time to ship both ways.)

We are always flexible to schedule a setup around your session and show dates. 


Custom orders are built to your exact personal needs and are therefore nonrefundable.

All non-custom items can be returned in unused condition within thirty days of delivery. Refunds do not include original shipping and handling cost and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
