Returns
All non-custom items* may be returned within 30 days of delivery (30-day withdrawal window). To be eligible for return, items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
*Custom pedalboards are made to your exact specifications and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
We will send you an email notification when we have received and inspected the returned item. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please expect 10-days for your refund to process. If you need further assistance, please contact us at info@helwegdesign.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your return refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance.
Exchanges
To exchange one item for another, please return the original purchase and place a new order the new item. If an item arrived defective or damaged and you'd like to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@helwegdesign.com and we will help make the exchange.
