We ended 2017 on a strong note, receiving U.S. Patent No. D802923, which acknowledges the unique combination of design elements in our pedalboard case.
Our Helweg Signature Case retains the function and simplicity of our original 2010 model, with the pedalboard folding in to create the back of the case. In addition, the updated version is constructed with a prominent riveted lip reminiscent of nineteenth and twentieth century trunks and cases, now found mostly in black-and-white films and antique stores.
Vintage cases were constructed of thin, easily dented metals or cardboard-like vulcanized fiber. Our cases reinvent the look with a durable ABS shell and industrial upholstery. These modern materials support heavier contents and better sustain wear and tear on the road.
Thanks for supporting our efforts to produce innovative products. As always, I have fresh designs on the drawing board and look forward to new releases in 2018.
